DANCELAB
This professional development programme has been delivered in association with The MAC (formerly OMAC). DanceLab provides professional dancers with the opportunity to work with a selection of internationally renowned practitioners. From 2004 to 2010, this series engaged Vincent Dance Theatre, Ultima Vez, Luca Silvestrini, Siobhan Davies Dance Company, Guy Dartnell, Andrew L Harwood, Andrew Dawson, Scott Clarke, Gill Clarke, Wendy Houstoun, Chisato Ohno, Anouk van Dijk company, Noemi Lapzeson and Filip Van Huffel.

PRODANCE
This weekly class with company dancers and guest tutors is the cornerstone of a dancer's continuing practice. Maiden Voyage is committed to providing this service as a contribution to the development of a healthy dance infrastructure that supports, respects and nurtures its dancers.

SOMATICS
Somatic Movement is a system of neuromuscular education that allows more ease and freedom of movement and helps with the release of pain resulting from injury, stress, repetitive strain or habituated postures. Six-weekly courses for beginners and intermediate level take place in the Dance Resource Base studio in Belfast.
