Maiden Voyage Dance is delighted to announce a 2026 Northern Ireland tour of Moonlight Dream — our much-loved children’s show for little ones aged 0–6 years and their families.
Described as “a gorgeous snuggle of a show” (Alan in Belfast), Moonlight Dream is a gentle dance and live-music experience that invites young audiences into a calm, imaginative world where movement, sound, and storytelling intertwine.
Moonlight Dream follows a curious child and two lovable companions, a nurturing bear and a playful fox as they explore the night sky and discover the limitless possibilities of the dream world. Created especially for young children, the show offers a beautiful opportunity for families to bond, unwind, and ignite young imaginations together.
This tender and immersive experience is ideal as a first theatre visit and has been carefully designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and engaging for babies, toddlers, and preschool /early primary school children.

Moonlight Dream is co-commissioned and produced by Maiden Voyage Dance, principally funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. It is co-commissioned with Luail – Ireland’s National Dance Company, supported by the Arts Council of Ireland / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
